BRANCH Manager 
Manager of Regional Branch Services
Accountable for day-to-day operations of the branch and assisting the Sr Manager of Regional Branch
Services with managerial, and administrative functions. Maintains communication between staff andthe Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services. Provides support, guidance, and training to staff.
Functions:
• Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
• Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures.
• Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Sr Manager of Regional Branch services.
• Assists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies.
• Monitors office activity, including number of transactions, loan volume, sales volume,etc.
• Holds responsibility for auditing all new membership cards and for compliance beforecards are signed by the Branch Membership Chairman. Deviances from procedurewill be documented by the Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services and reviewed staff.
• Maintains knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services in order toefficiently train and motivate staff to cross-sell.
• Provides training to staff in regard to operations and policies.
• Schedules, supervises, and motivates branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels.
• Coaches staff to fulfill business plan goals.
• Represent and promote the Credit Union within the business community.
Other:
• Completes projects on a timely basis as assigned by management.
• May perform duties of member service representative, teller, or other operational positions on an as needed basis.
• Cross-sells credit union products and services.
• Resolves member complaints as they occur.
• Performs other various duties as assigned.
Knowledge
• Must possess a high school degree and/or at least one (1) year experience in a related field (branch operations).
Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
Abilities
• Ability to motivate staff.
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner.
• Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.
