Job Description: 1. Develop and Implement the Sales and Marketing Strategy 2. Candidates having exposure in handling HNI & NRI Clients. 3. Maximize revenue generation and lead closures. 4. Making presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI clients. 5. Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes. 6. Making broker network to boost up the sale. 7. Leading a team, Train & develop them to achieve targets of self as well as of team. 8. Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele. 9. Excellent communication and client servicing skills. 10. Handling NRI clients and selling of residential & commercial projects of Delhi / NCR. 11. Conducting site visit for prospective clients. 12. Co-ordinate with banking sector for financing the customers. 13. Meeting new developers, judging their projects on various parameters, negotiating with them & finalizing the terms & conditions. 14. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
