HR Executive

The incumbent will be responsible for-

1. End to end recruitment of all the business units of the organization. 
2. Requisitions for various open positions across departments and levels would have to be serviced.
3. Sourcing profiles through various modes such has job portals, headhunting and referencing.
4. Coordinating for the entire interview process. 
5. Aggressively look for people with relevant experience.
6. Offer Negotiation.
7. Preparing the salary breakup.
8. Rolling out the offer letter.
9. Ensure smooth joining of the candidates.
