Accounts Manager

1. An absolute Acquisition role, i.e. the candidate would be required to hunt the market to acquire new corporates to open the salary accounts with Kotak
2. 20-30% of job role would be to cross sell other products than CASA.
3. Must have good knowledge of KYC.
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5. Be able to move in the field (across Gurgaon/Delhi) as per the business need

1. The main focus of an AM is to acquire New Corporates, the usual Salary account target per month is 125 and above.
2. It is an entire Acquisition based role, so candidates who have a good KYC knowledge & experience of dealing with Corporate HRs, Finance teams are the best suited here.
3. Age  must be under 28 years
4. Candidate background  Banking only.
5. Target organisations  HDFC & ICICI  both on-rolls & off-rolls, YES, Axis, IndusInd to be focussed on majorly
