Responsibilities
a) Sales of internet product(Shine.com) to enterprise & mid-market segment across the geographical territory
b) Respond to elevated customer service complaints
c) Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis
d) Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow revenue
e) Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts
f) On-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
People management:
g) Manage a team of 2- 6 employees
Sales Operations:
h) Oversee collections and ageing and take necessary action
i) Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budget, ensure region compliance
Business Development:
j) Leverage existing relationships, negotiate with prospective partner in order to enhance market penetration and revenues.
k) Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business.
l) Closing the deals identified by the respective team members
