Jr. Linux Server Administrator

Responsible for helping with the new server setup, migration from one setup to another, monitoring for stability, maintaining the performance, security, consistency, backup, availability of our many web/database servers and taking both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent issues.
Providing technical support and guidance to all team members. 
You should proactive, responsible and available to work during emergency 24/7 if required.

Skill Set:
Hands on experience to manage high availability and high traffic servers.
Experience with multi-server environment / deployments. Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources.
Maintain the performance, security, consistency, backup and availability of our many web/database servers.
Preferably RedHat Certified Linux engineer.
Indepth knowledge of CentOS Operating system.
Working experience of server Virtualization, specifically with OpenVZ.
Skilled in shell (bash, perl) scripting for systems management and automation tasks.
