Good exp coding in Java and J2EE

Web Services - someone who has done SOAP, and REST, and that means both exposing and consuming. 

XML - someone who has a lot of experience transforming XML via XLST, XPath, etc.

Spring/Hibernate - someone with core understanding of these frameworks, and experience building back-end code, DAOs, etc.

JMS - someone who has done synchronous and asynchronous message processing understands the mechanics of queing, ideally with experience on MQ Series and Tibco EMS if possible, but core JMS standard is also ok as long as they have actually used it.

JUNIT, Eclipse, SQL, MAVEN, SVN, Design patterns.

Key Skills 

Any Degree 2-3 Years of relevent Experience
