Major accountabilities of position
To produce high quality unique documents so as to ensure high success rate for admission in the respective universities.
Engaging with clients (via phone and email) to conduct brainstorming session
Conducting brainstorming & strategy sessions in order to elicit required information from clients needed for impactful applications.
Editing/rewriting application drafts (essays/SOPs, referee letters, resume etc and other written work) in order to create impressive applications highlighting the strength and personality of the clients.
Ensuring that the clients’ applications are completed as per the timelines (as per the defined Standard Operating Procedures).
Establishing good rapport with admissions counselors/Operations/Team Lead/Manager.
Ensuring minimum number of documents are submitted on weekly basis
Adheres to the standard operating procedures of editing
Ensures that audit targets are met in terms of Quality and Operational/Service Delivery
Follows the First-In-First Out Method (FIFO) for sending edited drafts to clients
Finishes a university’s work as per the timelines
Keeps the admissions counselors in the loop for all client interactions via email
Closes client cases as per the defined timelines mentioned in the Standard Operating Procedures
Maintaining reports such as Client Status, Word Count, City Calling, Log-in-Log Out Report
*Contributes to team activities
Assists in taking up extra case assignments during team crisis
Contributing to content development related activities arising inside or outside the team
Helps in internal trainings, presentations as per need
