Panel Beaters/Spray Painters for Australia

We are seeking to hire qualified and experienced panel beaters for our clients across Australia,the resources should have at least 5 years of experience working on prestige vehicles.

Description of Work Shop

Working with a large national crash repair centre, working on new and used vehicles. This business is a well established business which continues to grow. Working with a great team with the opportunity for career progression.
Duties.
Repair of bodywork to manufacturers specifications.
Remove damaged panels and parts
Remove any dents using specific tools
Cutting, joining replacement panels
•Filling damaged areas with filler then using appropriate tools and techniques to finish surfaces.
•Welding of body components
•Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety requirements at all times, especially in relation to safety equipment.
•Ensure all vehicles undergo a final inspection prior to leaving the premises (both own jobs and jobs of junior staff)
•Ensure individual work areas are clean and tidy at all times.
•Ensure vehicles are completed within reasonable allocated timeframes.
•Ensure all job sheets own are completed correctly..
•Welding of Body Components.
•To undertake your duties cost effectively.
•Other duties commensurate with position classification as specified
•Quality check the vehicle upon receipt ensuring completeness of previous work
•Prepare and complete scheduled repair jobs in accordance with process and procedures
•Contribute to creating a positive work environment for all staff and visitors and treat all staff members with respect
•Observe and obey security procedures
•Maintain uniform and wear in accordance with Company Policy
•Perform non-core tasks as directed by the Manager from time-to-time
Qualifications
•Trade Qualified as a Panel Beater or equivalent experience equal to a formal apprenticeship
