Sales Consultant or Sales officer

1. Planning & Execution of sales plan to achieve monthly targets.
2. Front end the Honda brand and it's attributes with the customers.
3. Sell cars, allied services and products like finance, insurance, accessories, etc.
4. Identify needs of customer and provide appropriate vehicle related solutions.
5. Strong lead management skills.
6. Focus on business growth and profitability for the company.
7. Customer complaints handling & vehicle documentation management.
8. Track market prices and ensure the right selling price for all makes and models of Honda.
9. Team management skills to ensure all team members are performing as per desired targets.
10. Systematic follow-up with concern departments.
