Ensuring minimum 375 Loading/Cash pick up to be maintained per route/per month for the  year All Internal audit scores, including infra, cash & security to be Loading/EOD/Cash Pick up Skip to be less than 0.3% of the overall cases FLM (First Line [b]maintenance[/b]) performance to be maintained above 94% and  delay greater than 4 hrs should be below 3%  for the year 2015-16 Reports Accuracy to be maintained above 99.85 % and entries to be completed before 10 AM on T+1 basis through out the year 2015-16 Good Computer efficiency Monitoring Morning daily route departure , route shifting on time to time. In house and outsources Manpower management as per operational requirement. Proper debriefing and report inspection of every route and points. Able to represent in meeting at CRA(cash replenishment agency), Banks and clients on issues.To monitor FLM calls coordinate with custodians for resolution of close the calls within TAT Optimum utilization of fund as per the requirement, availability and forecasted demand of cash at ATM Desired Candidate Profile UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization Qualification: MBA/PGDM / specialized in Operation. Fresher’s Strong interpersonal, management & communication skills. Good presentation skills
