Business Manager / Sales Manager

Business Manager / Operation Manager is responsible for managing a interal team of approximately 5~6 persons

-       Manage a field team of 40+ resources

-       Interact with the client for existing work, new business requirement and get the task assigned accordingly

-       Monitor and Manage the progress and activities being performed by the team

-       Design solutions and draft requirement for the software team to complete the software development work being used by the internal staff and field staff

-       Should be responsible for hiring, allocation, training and monitoring of new resources

--       Develop content, program and nature of work for all team and resources

-       Prepare business presentation and present the same to the customer in weekly reviews.

-       Prepare business reports using Excel using lage amount of data
