Walk-In for Team Leader / Chat Support Executives

Job Responsibilities:
- Selling financial products (Insurance)
- Supporting customers on Chat - 10-20% Blended process
- Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
- Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.

Team leader to manage own teams, team targets & achievements and handle escalations. 

Skills required:
- Require good typing speed
- Comfort on chat / email / voice support
- High Integrity required - zero cases of fraud in the processes
- Good command in English Speaking & Writing / typing
- Smart sales skills - should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales
- Good communication and Negotiations skills

Qualifications: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream

Experience: 
- Freshers also welcome if good in English communication
- Prior BPO experience preferred
Team Leader to have min 3-5 years experience and min 6 months - 1 year experience in leading a team to sell financial product (voice process)

Benefits/ Salary: 
- OnSpot offer letter
- Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000 in hand. Negotiable depending upon the Interview.
