Key Skills & Job Responsibilities * Should have good knowledge Domestic destinations especially North & South * Should have excellent communication skills * Reservations * Amendments * Hotel confirmation * Web confirmation E-mails * Adding Special request * Marketing Scheme and Assistance * Taking payment by Electronic payment gate way * Handling calls and resolving passenger’s queries regarding booking confirmation, change in travel plans re-issues, tour rates and cancellations, seats , wheel chair and meal request. * Providing excellent customer service to existing & potential clients, maximizing the opportunity for repeat business. * Improve visibility of the product and update information on destination. * Guiding clients on destinations and making arrangements for transportations, hotel accommodations, car rentals. * Responsible to achieve sales targets and maintain high yield revenues.
