HR Counselor

Job responsibilities are as under: • The Candidate will be directly involved in face to face and telephonic Counselling/Profiling of the Candidate followed by the Registration Process. • Cold Calling/Prospecting • New Leads to be Generated and followed • Developing a good understanding and excellent relationship with Candidates, by profiling and Counselling • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy. • Checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the Placement Team. • Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to the Placement Team . • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews. • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates Registered. • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
