Job Description
Maintenance Tools o Manage ticketing database for incidents and minor evolutions (minor functional upgrade):  Analysis of the incidents  Define workaround solutions  Manage status of incidents with key users help (Resolved, In Test, Fixed In Test, Closed) o Define technical solution to fix bugs o Define functional and technical specifications, with key users’ help, for requested minor evolutions o Develop software in according with Methods & Tools standards o Apply Methods Tools development standards (Serena Version Manager, Visual Studio 2008, Purify, coding rules) o Deliver validation plan  Provide support o Help desks services for attention of key users in a QRQC mindset (workaround solutions) o Deliver software update on a regular basis (defined with Methods & Tools) o Update validation plans taking into account lessons learnt from incidents recorded in the ticketing data base o Attend Key Users meetings For more details contact : Radhika- 8144222999
