Test Specialist - Automation

They evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements for testability and the test cases and use cases for suitability for automation. They are responsible for or assist the Test Architect or Test Lead in the development of the test automation strategy and focus specifically on maximizing reuse for regression purposes. They implement the strategy via developing, coding and executing test case and test script frameworks using automated tools such as Selenium and Selendroid tools, or the egg plant, among others. They support the test team by recommending tools and processes to automate other test activities, such as test management, reporting, test data generation and defect management. They assist the Test Manager with technical expertise to assist in test planning. They work with multiple teams, which are remote and are in different time zones as required. Skills and Experience: Demonstrable experience at all stages of testing lifecycle including test planning scripting execution and reporting Experience in Selenium with expertise in Selenium RC, Webdriver is a must. Experience and knowledge in Selendroid is added advantage Experience in automating mobile & tablet apps is a must Experience in media streaming applications is a must Awareness of cross-device, compatibility issues Awareness of testing Smart TV and Set Top Box is advantage An ability to work in areas outside of your comfort zone Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent For more details contact : Radhika - 8144222999
