PurpleRain seeks a dynamic, self-starter to assist in Client Support efforts. This position is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of business. The Accounts Management Specialist will be responsible for the customer success and growth. This position is an exciting ground-floor opportunity for the right person contributing to a very exciting field. The position is in house and requires managing remote teams and clients with communication through Skype / Web Conferencing. More about the role: As a key member of the Client Services team the Account Executive you will be responsible for managing a range of client accounts from global markets from different niche namely analytics, bigdata and security. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the success of clients’ products and to ensure clients get the most out of the platform. You will maintain productive relationships with each client account, maximizing renewal and sales opportunities with them. This is the perfect time to join the PurpleRain team – market growth is gaining fantastic momentum and the portfolio of clients continues to grow each month. What you will do? • Ensure new accounts are on-boarded and implemented smoothly and speedily • Provide ongoing support and assistance to increase usage, frequency and effectiveness of the platform • Arrange regular update calls and meetings with clients to feedback on activity and knowledge sharing • Compile daily, weekly & monthly summary reporting to clients • Participate in contract renewal and extension discussions and Discover new clients. • Be an integral member of the entire team, putting energy and passion into your work • Work hard, enjoy work and have fun! Who are we looking for? • You need to have excellent command over English • Customer service experience (minimum 2 Years) • Sales Experience is an add on. • Our customer’s value clear communication, excellent communication skills are extremely important. • Good technical aptitude for internet technology (VPNs, Hosting and configuring routers is a bonus) • Attributes: Creative thinker, positive attitude, team player, focused, results oriented, problem solving, patience and determination are ALL important to help discover the customer’s issue and to solve it.
