- Talent Acquisition
- Lead the team for internal recruitment for lateral hiring.
- Lead the annual Campus Hiring drives for management & engineering graduates.
- Lead the on-boarding and Induction of new joinees
- Performance Management
- Managing the performance review processes including Employee Coaching.
- Partner with Leadership team on building succession plans.
- Employee Engagement /Employee Relations
- Introduce various employee engagement initiatives and conduct employee engagement activities in the organization.
- Handle and effectively address employee queries and concerns.
- Training & Development
- Identify the training needs of the employees.
- Arrange for various trainings / development workshops for the employees
- Compensation & Benefits
- Responsible for the the payroll and leave management of the team.
