  • Talent Acquisition
  • Lead the team for internal recruitment for lateral hiring.
  • Lead the annual Campus Hiring drives for management & engineering graduates.
  • Lead the on-boarding and Induction of new joinees
  • Performance Management
  • Managing the performance review processes including Employee Coaching.
  • Partner with Leadership team on building succession plans.
  • Employee Engagement /Employee Relations
  • Introduce various employee engagement initiatives and conduct employee engagement activities in the organization.
  • Handle and effectively address employee queries and concerns.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify the training needs of the employees.
  • Arrange for various trainings / development workshops for the employees
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Responsible for the the payroll and leave management of the team.
