- Sourcing candidates from database, portals etc. for suitable Profiles
- Screening / interviewing suitable candidates.
- Preparation and release of offer letter.
- Follow up with selected candidates till joining.
- To ensure healthy Employee Relations by maintaining end to end process of Employee life cycle in the organization starting from the Induction till the Exit of an employee
- Effectively Managing New Hire Orientation for New Hires
- Addressing employee grievances in an effective manner with a tracking mechanism
- Conducting career counseling sessions and Ability to innovate and implement different methods to drive employee retention
- Coordinate with the trainer, participants and managers.
- Keeping Track of Employee Database
- Update the manager regarding the employees performance.
- To design, develop, upgrade and maintain strong and effective HR policies and practices.
