Graduate Web Designer

JOB TITLE : Graduate Web Designer

The Graduate Web Designer will work as part of the in house Creative team to maintain and build the core Bloomer Digital website and associated microsites. You will be creative and have strong graphic design capability and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Graduate Web Designer Job Duties:

- Create user interfaces using front-end code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress - Design layouts and templates - Use the web content management system to edit and create pages and add and edit content - Implement cookie codes for analytics and dynamic content purposes - Give expert design advice on projects and make recommendations for website improvements - Report to the Marketing Manager on a weekly basis to give analytics feedback - Liaise with the Creative Services team to provide new ideas and ways to improve the global look of Bloomer Digital - Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, user interfaces and comp designs - Create graphics, banners and pages

Person Specification:

- You will be educated to degree level - Relevant experience of graphic design and web design - Experience using HTML, CSS. JQuery and JavaScript - Experience with Flash and PHP - Must be able to use WordPress - Experience using Photoshop - Ability to work under pressure and to targets - Capable of working in a fast paced environment - Ability to closely follow trends and developments in technology in order to implement them in to our environment

STARTING SALARY: 60’000 INR per year FUTURE SALARY: 120’000 INR per year BENEFITS: 12.5k INR ANNUAL DIWALI BONUS, 20 DAYS ANNUAL PAID HOLIDAY
