As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of this fast growing segment of our online business. Your primary operational role will be to manage lead-gen campaigns across multiple channels including web site placements, email marketing, outbound call centers and external partner relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to provide guidance on best practices and campaign optimization throughout the lead-gen campaign cycle to ensure the client’s programs are satisfactorily fulfilled. You will be working with some of the smartest people in B2B technology media on innovative products in the technology information and software markets, reports to the Head of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities:
- Launch new lead gen campaigns for clients, including building registration pages, content selection, client approvals, program optimization, and reporting.
- Advise sales on lead capacity for up-sell opportunities on existing campaigns.
- Manage lead generation programs across multiple channels including email marketing, site placements, telemarketing and external partners.
- Propose and implement new channels for lead generation.
- Provide accurate measurement and reporting of lead generation results for both internal and external clients.
Required Experience:
- Experience in a B2B Online Media with ideally 3+ years in Lead/Demand Generation.
- Ability to be extremely organized, detail-oriented, data driven and execution focused.
- General knowledge of Lead Gen platforms and ESP, preferably with Madison Logic and Lyris.
- Ability to envision and implement creative solutions for increasing and optimizing both lead generation volume and quality.
- Knowledge of ad serving and measurement across multiple web channels.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with DART (DFP), Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
- Strong internal and client communication skills.
- Strong reporting/analysis skills.
- Preferably B2B publishing industry experience.
