Supporting Payroll process . Post and pre Recruitment formalities Handling Statutory & Labour Compliances. Corporate Medical Insurance for employees. Coordination with the consultant for Taxation. Maintenance & Updatation of HR records, reports, create standard formats, etc Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities Compensation Management Leave management Handling Employees Grievances related to Compensation, Compliances, Leave records / balances, HR Portal etc. Taking care of Safety Measures at site. Good Knowledge in recruitment & Job portals Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,75,000 P.A Education: UG -Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
