Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for developing IT business contacts to place Consultants.
- Manage the End-to-End sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, RFI response, RFP submission, negotiation & deal signing.
- Initiate outbound calls & establish right party contact.
- Contact leads within the time frame agreed & conduct lead qualification of all inbound leads received.
- Achieve & exceed daily/ weekly/ monthly targets for lead conversion, online demos & revenue generation.
- Nurture mid to long term opportunities through regular touch points until they are ready for sales engagement.
- Expand revenue by suggesting other features/ advanced solutions at the time of renewal.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Understand customer concerns, including billing & usability & proactively recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other Functional Groups to ensure customer delight through efficient service.
- Perform outbound calls including cold calls if need be & map & form positive relationships with key Managers to Senior-level executives for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients & building on existing client relationships. Generate business from the existing accounts & achieve profitability & increased sales growth.
- Develop, Manage & maintain a Prospect list . Create opportunities to pitch new accounts. Understand the Business & marketing challenges of key prospects.
- Will also require to forecast Financial projections for growing business.
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Targets & execute Business Development, offering positioning & sales strategies including recruitment as necessary.
- Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up & ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
- Perform necessary Client paperwork & Account Management as needed.
Experience & Skill-set:
- Extensive knowledge & experience with US Sales & Market is a must. Strong local contact base & access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the USA will be preferred.
- Must have exposure to the Information Technology industry & should be well versed in trending IT terminology.
- Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling technology outsourcing services. Demonstrate a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition & sales revenue targets.
- Must have exceptional communication skills, thorough command of English both written & spoken, professional image, upbeat personality & a strong desire to succeed strong presentation skills to establish interest, credibility & trust. Solid executive professional image & ability to work in a structured, corporate environment. Exceptional ability to comfortably speak with & present to prospective clients at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI & RFP issuance & response management. Proven new business development track record within both the Vendor Management framework & through direct client relationships.
- Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to consulting services. Ability to troubleshoot customer service issues & follow up in a timely manner. Assist in resolving service issues & assist in facilitating account reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, quality standards/policies, etc.
- Ability to recognize & understand Business opportunities & develop effective business development strategies. Must have experience cold calling, networking, implementing & executing strategic sales plans.
- A pro-active self-starter, self-motivated & genuinely excited individual who can operate both individually & as part of a team.
- Must have understanding of Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Project Management, Software Testing, Software Development, Project Coordination & Program Management.
