Front end Engineer for UI/UX Development

We are looking for a Maverick Front end Engineer cum Coder who is passionate about creating a seamless wow experience via doing R&D plus innovation for the future of front end designs for Internet, Web & Mobile applications.

Location: Gurgaon

Schedule: Full Time

Key Responsibility Areas

• To work in conceptualization and creation of a seamless user experience for applications
• Visualise a seamless flow and navigation for front ends as per market needs
• Help in creating wireframes with the design team
• To deploy prototypes & wireframes with the help of design & backend team
• Ability to perform the usability testing for the front end for constant improvisation
• Ideate and create a scalable UX/UI infrastructure for the existing and future products.
• Assist in optimisation of the existing front end and make updates as per the current market trends
• Working closely with the backend team to integrate the source code with the UI of the website and its products for a seamless UX.
• Working closely with the management team to understand the requirements and documenting them.
• Innovate, ideate and create UI/UX processes from scratch.
• Follow the best industry practices and seamless across multi screens

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Sciences, IT or related fields. Or MCA post graduate.
• Prior experience in the similar projects will above be considered even without no above qualifications

Experience and Skillset Required:

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in developing, testing accessible, compatible and standards compliant user interfaces.
• A strong command over HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery and Bootstrap
• A knowledge & understanding in AngularJS will be given a preference
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct UX design processes independently.
• Knowledge of UI Frameworks and Toolkits like JQuery Mobile, jQueryUI will be given a preference
• Functional knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, CorelDraw etc will be a preference
• Ability to write a responsive code and handle cross browser & screen integration
• Is a strong team player and has passion to learn new technologies, strategies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 75% Aggregate in 10+2
• Minimum 4 years of Prior Work Experience in similar projects & above technologies

Salary:

Annual CTC : Rs. 4.8 - 7.2 L pa + Base ESoPs + Cash Incentives + ESoPs Incentives
