Software Engineer for Innovating B2C Internet Business

We are looking for a Maverick Front end Engineer cum Coder who is passionate about creating a seamless wow experience via doing R&D plus innovation for the future of front end designs for Internet, Web & Mobile applications.

• To develop UML 2.0 for the new projects & existing projects taken up by the company
• Ability to write clean, well designed code for the backend technology.
• Ability to contribute to all stages of product development lifecycle.
• Ability to Test and troubleshoot the existing code and functionalities.
• Ideate and create a scalable infrastructure for the existing and future products.
• Assist in optimisation of server and databases of the web application.
• Work closely with the design team and the front end team for seamless integration
• Work closely with the product team to understand business & market requirements
• To develop and implement PHP based web application, portals and functions.
• Keen to learn new technologies to innovate and scale the existing system

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MS/BE/ME in Computers, IT or related fields. Prior knowledge in the Software development field with no above qualification will also be considered

Experience and Skillset Required:

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong command over PHP framework development
• Demonstrable knowledge and working experience in MYSQL, AJAX and Cloud Server
• Proficiency in working in a PHP framework such as Lavarel will be preferred
• Additional work experience in jQuery will be preferred
• Understanding of Cloud Computing & working with AWS will be a preference
• Seamless working on the Linux & related platforms will be a must
• Additional knowledge in NodeJS will be preferred
• Additional knowledge of MongoDB will be preferred
• Additional knowledge of jQuery will be preferred
• Work experience in a mobile first requirements will be a preference
• Should be a good leader & a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage projects efficiently will be given a preference
• Experience in Agile development techniques will be preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 75% Aggregate in 10+2
• Minimum 4 years of Prior Work Experience in similar projects & above technologies

Salary:

Annual CTC : Rs. 4.8 - 7.2 L pa + Base ESoPs + Cash Incentives + ESoPs Incentives
