- Should be Handel incoming and Outgoing Calls with properly Transfer .
- Maintain Data of Courier. Arrange the schedule of Meetings/ interview.
- Manage Admin of office./ Attendance Record.
Job Responsibility :
Managing phones- answering, transferring, voicemail
Welcomes on-site visitors
Receives, sorts and routes mail to appropriate personnel
Upkeep of reception and conference room space
