Candidate having relevant experience in handling the front desk and administrative responsibility with good communication skills. The brief job profile would be :
- Excellent spoken English
- Taking care of Front Desk
- Attending to calls with good telephonic etiquette
- Updating the reports, MIS
- Attending to the person walk in to office
- Letter Drafting
- Office Boy Management
- Maintaining files and office records
- Handling administrative work
- Should be good in MS office (Excel & Word ), Outlook Mail
Assist in completing HR joining formalities
- Good listening skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and highly professional
Good communication and personality, ability to multitask, Good English skills. Ability to handle pressure and work at odd hours sometimes.
