Job Summary:

The Client Development Associate will respond to incoming client bids and develop sampling plans to meet client requirements. This role will work closely within the team environment to determine the feasibility and sampling process for market research projects and ensure quality bids within a competitive turnaround time

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Commits to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and MS Excel skills
• Responds and relates well to peers, subordinates and those in positions of authority
• Energetically pursues tasks he or she sees as challenging
• Displays strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience

• Post-secondary education strongly preferred.
• Work Experience – 0-1+ years’ experience in market research
• Experience in market research
• Experience in a customer service environment desired but not required
