Job opening in Quality Assurance Manager in PharmaMondial Ltd-North Cyprus.

Pharmaceutical sector –Solid dose manufacturing

What are we looking for:

Overall responsible for Quality department functioning and Customer Satisfaction

Quality Oversight on all Site Functions including Manufacturing,  Logistics, Shelf-life & Complaint Management and Technology Transfers from other sites

Being the Management Representative for the organization Quality System, he/she is responsible for ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented & maintained.

Planning and execution of Internal audits

Management of Quality complaints i.e. investigation, RCA, CAPA plan, monitoring of CAPA & close out for IQA audit, customer audit and corporate audit

Initiation periodic Management Review (Quality)

Handling of customer query

Site Lead User for TrackWise Compliant management and providing training to across the organization

Site Lead User for TrackWise Deviation Management and providing training to across the organisation

Site Lead User for Audit CAPA Management, and providing training to across the organisation

Site Lead User for Change Management system and providing training to across the organisation

New label development and Approval.

Performing the vendor audits of raw material and packaging material suppliers.

Planning and execution of Supplier Management

Support to Sales and Marketing department

Support to QC for decision making and Release Management

Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

Responsible for meeting Quality Metrics set for the organization

Planning and execution of Internal Quality Audits.

Initiating periodic Management Reviews .

Planning and execution of supplier Quality Management

Who you should be:

5to 10years experience and should have worked in reputed PHARMA Industries. At least 5 years in Managerial role.

Should have implemented /managed organisation where Quality systems are strongly adhered.

Preferably faced and successfully passed EU/MHRA inspection.

Desired Skill Sets:

Through knowledge in Orange guide, ICH .

Supplier Quality Management

Executing Validation Master Plan for New Product Development

Risk Management

Knowledge on Quality tools (RCA) , CAPA , SQC and SPC

Cost of Quality concept

Knowledge and Practice of QUALITY MAINTAINENCE is preferable

Qualification: B-Pharm or M-pharm
