JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Eligible Branches:* EC/EE/EN/Civil
II. Percentage Criteria*: Min: 50% Overall (Max. 2 Backlogs allowed)
III. Vacancies:* 25
1. Screening of Applications of the candidates
2. Short listing applications putting up for Directors approval.
3. Conducting preliminary interviews (Technical)
4. Final HR round for selected candidates in preliminary round.
5. Selected candidates would be undergoing 30 days of training. Details
are below:
Training Location: PAN india
*Training Duration for Telecom candidates:* 30 Days (Onsite + Theoretical).
*Onsite Training Stipend:-* Rs. 5,000/month will be provided to the
candidates

After successful completion of training:
1. Working Location: PAN INDIA [It would be decided by the Management according to our project roll outs]
2. Salary (during Probation period of 6 months) would be:
*Salary Package:*
1.*Project Engineers & Coordinator: *1.44 Lakh- 2.40 Lakh/Annum+Mobile and
TA(as per actual
Bills)+Hotel Bills(limit @250/Day-350/Day or depending upon metro/remote
areas.)
2. *Jr. Engineer & Technician*: .96 lakh - 1.20lakh/annum
+DA+TA+Mobile (depending upon
metro/remote areas.)
*Salary gets revised after probation period, as per
performance.
