The group is a 40 year old organization primarily started with manufacture of low carbon Ferro alloys , founded by the visionary Mr. R.C. Agarwal (gold medalist from Pilani University , Rajasthan) in 1972
In the early years the company had been a pioneer in manufacture of all types of low carbon Ferro alloys via thermit process and had been supplying its products to all leading stainless steel plants mainly in northern India . 
However in 1990 the group diversified into imports and trading of ferrous and non ferrous metals including copper, nickel, aluminum, minor metals etc. The group presently imports various products in India and caters mainly to the domestic industries in ferrous and and non ferrous sector. The clients include very large companies , medium scale industries as well as small businessmen and traders. 
The organization is run by a highly qualified team of Chartered Accountants, M.B.As , engineers and Metallurgists. 
The company has a pan India presence in its field of business. The core activity of the group lies in manufacturing, import and distribution of metals and alloys . .The company is today one of the well known metal co in North India and has traversed a path of steady growth and expansion, posting increasing turnover and profits year after year.
