Job Description

  •         Candidate would need to generate leads through different portals and social media.
  •         Would be responsible for making proposals and estimates.
  •       Would be responsible for end to end sales pitch
  • Should be able to handle immense pressure

Common Requirements

  •          Experience in dealing with international clients wil be an advantage
  •          Working Knowledge of Elance and Odesk is must
  •         Should be from an IT Background
  •          Should be target oriented
  •          Good written and Spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

  •         Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth,activities and services sales,customer retention and customer acquisition
  •         Adhere to all quality standards and processes,for the acquisition of customers,Opportunities.
  • Bid Management Processing
  •          Provide Regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
  •         Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of Knowledge.
  •          Work With Business Development Director to define Sales Strategy to generate new business.
