Job Description

Need to provide counseling and educate students who want to take admissions in BLTC running courses (GLOBAL ENGLISH, IELTS, PTE, OET, TOEFL, ESOL, TOEIC AND FOREGIAN LANGUAGES)
o . Contact students and manage both inbound and outbound queries
o . Maintain and update the record of students
. Handle student walk-ins 
Follow up on leads generated through various sources 
. Counseling Students and parents about Courses 
. Handling the admission department
Responsible for Revenue Generation
.Calling leads from JUST DIAL, SULEKHA, URBAN PRO .WEBSITE ETC

o Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
o To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
Converting inquiries into enrollments and Achieving enrollment targets.
Providing post enrollment services to students and parents.
Build strong client support and ensuring good feedback.
Maintain regular communication with students for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
Maintaining reports

raduation or Post Graduation in any field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in counseling for, Canada and other sector
Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Committed to work on long term
Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
Flexibility over working hours
Strong IT skills.
Should have good knowledge of sending students to CANADA.
