To plan & implement Sales / Business Development / Marketing strategies.
Prepare Region wise / Month wise and Product wise business plans.
Dealer Development & Dealer Management. Finalizing / Reviewing of Commercial policy / Distributor policy / Channel Profile. Monitoring / reviewing monthly sales targets & efforts towards goal achievements.
Market Intelligence to understand the needs and dynamics of the industry including competitive strategies.
Survey for new market areas (domestic and abroad in Southeast Asia) & design strategies to tap the new market.
To lead the sales and service team toward achievement of organizational goals.
Manager PR and Deal with Government Institutions, Agriculture department & Corporate Customers.
To set & implement system to provide after sales support to the Customers and Dealers in line with highest Industry Standards (benchmark German Standards).
Ensure technical support and training to Dealers and Customers.
Prepare target agreements with dealers on spare parts sales.
Spare parts pricing depending on market potential.
