We are a team of Stanford University alumni and Indian Institute of Management (IIM) graduates with experience in AI, machine learning, big data and mobile. Instalocate is well-funded by top investors from Silicon Valley such as Venky Harinarayan (Rocketship.vc, Amazon, Kosmix), Gokul Rajaram (Google, Facebook, Square) who were also early investors in Facebook and Google. Selected by Facebook to be part of its exclusive Facebook's FBStart program and Microsoft's Bizspark program.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description for Marketing Operations Analyst

·         Develop and implement strategies to generate and convert leads through various creative marketing processes

·         Working with top international airlines on behalf of the client

·         Establishing and managing relationship between clients and various airlines to provide a better consumer support

·         General Client problem solving, assistance and follow up through various channels like Twitter, Facebook Email Marketing

·         Actively handling and resolving inbound/outbound customer requests.

Qualifications and Skills

·         Any Graduate

·         A quick learner with strong organizational skills

·         Good command over English language- both spoken and written. This will enable to cater to our global clientele from USA, UK etc.

·         Avid travellers will be given preference

·         Experience in the travel domain would be highly appreciated

·         Basic knowledge of CRM solutions like Zendesk, drip
