Sr. Customer Care Executive
Process :- International Outbound ( U.S, U.K, AUSTRALIA,CANADA)
Industry :- Healthcare/ Legal.
Job Responsibility;
Handling overseas clients.
Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing
Business from existing clients.
Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, Telephone
Canvassing and predictive calling.
Building and managing strong relationships with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Under Graduates/Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 4 years of Experience.
Must have good/excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Job timing:
05:00 AM to 02:30 PM & 04:00 PM to 01:30 AM & 07:00 PM to 04:30 AM. (Flexible, according to conditions)
