Basic Function / Job Responsibilities       

Owns all technical aspects for technology consultation

Performs Skill Gap Analysis

Functions as Senior member for the Demand Supply Studies

Well Versed with the functionality  and maintenance of Labor Market Information/Intelligence  Portal (LMIS) Portal Development

Must be able to develop the design architecture and process flows  for a software development lifecycle

Must be able to draft  the functional requirement documentation  and user manuals

Update content on the website

Performs Quality Assurance tasks

- Maintain trackers for testing ,debugging and monitoring portals

Performs ongoing refactoring of code, utilizes visualization and other techniques to fast-track concepts, and deliver continuous improvement for all IT Enablement Programs

Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies

Provides continuous support for ongoing Social Media Websites

Cloud Hosting Management (AWS) / Source Code Version Control.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

8+ years of software development experience with proven hands-on experience (2+ years) in Big Data technologies.

Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages as appropriate

Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing

Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions

Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems

Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation

Looks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities

High energy, demonstrates willingness to learn new technologies, and takes pride in how fast they develop working software

Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases

Demonstrated experience with object-oriented design and coding with variety of languages

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.

Candidate from a Tier1 college is preferred.
