Please find the required Job Description :
Building a team of PFAs.
Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organisation.
Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs and ensuring their motivation to sell.
Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organisations targets.
Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs.
Identify training needs across the team.
Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
Job Location - Agra.
CTC - Rs.2,50,000Lacs PA + Incentives + Reimbursement (Mobile & Conveyance).
