Job Title : Customer Care Executive/Associate (Inbound) - (only male)

Process: Inbound (No Targets)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0-2 years

Salary: Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000 + Rs 4500 Incentives + Food allowances

Notice Period : Immediate

Shifts : Rotational Day  Shifts

Languages: English & Hindi Must (Other Local Languages would be added benefit)

Note: No Targets.

Job Description:

- Experience in Inbound or fresher’s

- Fluent in Written and Verbal Communication

- Should be flexible in Shifts (Day & Evening Shift)

- Should know how to converse with different types of people

Responsibilities:

- Taking customer calls and queries and doing bookings in restaurants and resorts

- Good knowledge on e-commerce

- Explaining the address and offering of a particular restaurant

- Explaining the directions/nearby restaurants to the customer

- Daily reporting about Calls, Dropped Calls and Bookings taken

- Should have a flair in speaking English and Hindi
