Job Responsibility

Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/laptops

Candidates with 1 year + Experience in Technical Sales Process in International BPO

Job Description 

Must have Software and Hardware knowledge in terms of common issues and resolutions like Virus, System Slow issues. Printers and other peripherals along with Laptop and Desktops

1. To achieve targets

2. Should have Experience in Hardcore Selling

3. Should have good convincing power

4. Would be required to handle Customer Grievance

5* *Should be Comfortable with shift timings

6.Excellent in Communication and Technical skills

Education Qualification - Undergraduate/Graduate - Any Stream/Post graduate
