Job Description
We are looking for customer-centric executives who can : Receive inbound calls and assist our customer in creating orders Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation Respond to emails within designated SLAs Work with the warehouse and order processing team to clear occasional operational bottlenecks.
