* Should be able to handle Customers' Query and Complaints.
* Able to work in rotational shifts(US-Shifts).
* Should have Good Typing Speed and Internet Knowledge.
* Should have Strong Interpersonal Skills & be able to communicate to all levels.
* Fresher with good communication skills may apply.
* Candidate should have more than 6 months experience in Domestic Customer Service.
