Customer Sales Representative or Solar Lead Generation or International Sales or Trainer & QA 
Start Solar is looking for CSR who are proficient in outbound appointment setting for its Australian process (Start Solar).
Candidate:
· Should possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Should be flexible for working in early morning shifts (Australian shift)(6.00 A.m-3.00P.m)
· Who is already working in Australian processes and who can join immediately will be an additional advantage
· English is must.
· The candidate will be responsible to:
· Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities
· Initiate contact by phone and follow-up in a timely manner
· Explain products and services to new and existing customers and the potential value added
· Target new customers or achieve up sells to existing customers
· Maintain records of contact, accounts and orders
 
Desired Experience:
· Solid phone selling and verbal communication skills
· Sales Driven
· Highly motivated and committed individual
· Desire to work in fast paced, highly dynamic environment
· Ability to work independently without relying on significant management oversight
· Prior sales or call center background a plus

POSITION:
25-30 Vacancies
 
SHIFT TIMINGS:
Monday – Friday: 6AM – 3PM
Saturday: 6AM-1PM
(Timings can be made flexible in need of urgency)
