This is a knowledge centric process and candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide correct resolution within a specified time along with displaying true customer service all time.
Job Specification:
He/ She should be Excellent in English communication both verbal and written.
Desired candidates should be time flexible along with being ready to work in a competitive and challenging environment.
Understand the customer's query and provide accurate resolution
View Information from various applications and update the records accurately.
He/ She should have all relevant documents related to Graduation and/or Previous Experience.
