Job description
- Responsible for finding, generating and attaining new customers. The customers are in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.
- To Explore new channels of sales in order to generate B2B leads.
- Responsible for taking client requirements and communicating the same to assigned technical team.
- Making outbound calls for the execution of new leads/campaigns in targeted market within India and in North Amercian market.
- Should be comfortable for initiating conversations with the Business owners and Key decision makers towards business expansion.
- To ensure that the potential prospects understands the solution provided to them and its benefits along with taking care of price contraints , on time delivery and other important information which need to be provided to prospects.
- To capture accurate data about the conversation and Maintains detailed communication documentation.
- To Meet and exceed organizations Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly quotas.
- Should have International Exposure in terms of market & client handling.
- Should be well versed in undertaking direct marketing from mailings, telesales from the web.
