Business Unit Introduction
IBM Security Systems in IBM focuses on product development and support for information security products.  IBM's security portfolio provides solutions to organizations which holistically protect their people, data, applications and infrastructure.

Who you are 
        Knowledge of the PMI Process Groups; Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. Knowledge of current Project Management methodologies. Understands department / function resources, priorities, and policies and applies this understanding to project activities. Demonstrates the required proficiency levels for skills defined at this position in the IBM Skills Management System. Working knowledge in business matters, finance, planning, forecasting and personnel in order to manage team staff and business issues.

What you'll do
.Leads team on a complex small/medium/large projects. Some prime responsibilities of Senior Project Manager (SPM) is timely delivery of projects within budget, meet customer expectations and manage escalations. The SPM should be the goto person for the team and should help/facilitate delivery by removing any type of impediments.  
.The key KRA's for SPM shall be Revenue, Gross-profit, Team utilization, Quality, Schedule, Customer satisfaction, adherence to IBM processes.
