Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a position of Manager- Social Media & PR from a well established Education institution located at Greater Noida.
Salary Range- 35K-50K PM
Location- Greater Noida
 
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SOCIAL MEDIA+PR MANAGER
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize college pages within each platform to increase the visibility of college’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
PR and advertising campaigns
Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries
Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client
Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand
Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
Identify and develop opportunities and PR connections to be used as a resources for public relations (print, online, speaking, consulting)
Requirements
· Proven working experience in social media
· Minimum 5 years of experience in PR
· Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
· Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
· Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
· Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
· Fluency in English
