Jr.Officer/ Officer – Production for an API Plant, Mahad (4 Positions)

We have an opening with a well reputed API Mfg Co. for their plant at Mahad. Please find the details below:

Position: Jr. Officer/Officer Production

Department: Production

Location: Mahad, Raigad Dist.

Reporting to Asst. Manager / Senior Manager.

Qualification: B.E Chemical

Experience: 04 to 06 yrs experience in Production.

Age Upto 35 years

Job responsibilities

·         To ensure production activities in Synthetic Section are carried out as per set procedures and ensure the recording of the same in respective documents.

·         To verify the cleaning of the process equipments and tanks as per the respective cleaning procedures.

·         To ensure effective housekeeping in production area.

·         To implement all GMP requirements in all related production activities.

·         Manpower handling,  Checking of equipment labels/ Status and stock monitoring.

·         To look after the activities related to maintenance and PPM of equipments.

·         Handling of  hydrogenation operation by maintaining all critical parameters.

·         Handling Platinum catalyst and its recovery.

·         To participate in reviewing of  Standard Operating Procedures and GMP related documents whenever necessary in consultation with head of department.

·         Checking of BPRs and registers and ensuring that appropriate justifications are provided for deviations wherever noted.

·         To follow all EHS procedures to maintain  plant safety.

CTC range: Rs. 2.50 to 3.50 lacs per annum

Industry preference: API Industry

Candidates preferred from these locations: Patalganga MIDC, Mahad, Roha, Chiplun, Taloja industrial area
