We are a leading International BPO. We provide Computer Technical Support in UK, USA, Australia and CANADA. Any query related with computers viz. Operating Systems, Pop-Ups,Email,MAC,Internet, Printers, Drivers, DELL, Adobe, HP,Networking and so on are resolved by our Technical Support Experts. We are looking candidates for the Inbound Sales USA/UK/Australia voice process whose role would be to sell the Annual Maintenance for Computers (AMC).
Desired Skills & Experience:
Excellent spoken English must.
Minimum 1 year experience in Voice Sales Process (Inbound) in an International BPO.
Conviction and Ability to convince
Thinks fast and acts decisively
Adhere to timeliness & ability to deliver under pressure
